About Belinda's Better Care
Our Services
Community Participation is about how you want to access the community, whether it be for health appointments, going shopping, or for entertainment and fun.
Personal Care Support we provide assistance with your daily personal activities such as showering, dressing and assistance with meals, providing support with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
Transitional Assistance Program (TAP) We can provide short-term services and support if you need extra help at home after a public hospital stay. We will tailor these supports to your individual needs alongside the direction of the TAP Program.
